Prairieview site is home to MCCD's education center. Therefore, we were able to enjoy watching students engaging in the outdoors. It is also known for it's vista of the prairie directly outside the main center, but I will save that painting for the fall when the colors turn to dusty purples and Indian yellow. Instead, I turned to the woods which provided an wonderful contrast of brilliant cadmium yellows and deep forest greens...leading the eye up the hill and beyond.
