Brookdale, located east of Harvard, has a great creek that rushes with abandonment and defiance, especially after the spring rain we got on Friday nite. I was initially interested in the distant twin trees hanging on the embankment, but the noise of the rushing water refused to be ignored so the painting turned its attention otherwise.
